Sign Up for Riverside MyChart
Getting started is easy. You can sign up online, ask your provider for help during your next visit, or use the activation code sent to you after an appointment. Once you create your account, you’ll have access to all the tools Riverside MyChart offers—both online and through the mobile app.
View Lab and Test Results
Most lab results are available within one business day of being released. Some may take a little longer if your provider needs time to review and explain them. You’ll get a notification as soon as new results are ready to view.
Schedule Appointments Online
Save time by scheduling visits with your Riverside primary care provider, pediatrician, or urgent care center directly through MyChart. Simply choose a date and time that works best for you.
Connect Through Virtual Visits
Riverside MyChart makes it easy to meet with your doctor without leaving home. With video visits, you can connect with your provider securely from your computer or mobile device.
For non-urgent needs, you can also start an E-Visit by answering a short health questionnaire online. Your provider will review it and respond with guidance, prescriptions, or next steps—usually within one business day.
Secure Messaging with Your Care Team
Got a question that doesn’t need an office visit? Use MyChart’s secure messaging feature to reach your care team directly. It’s safe, private, and convenient.
Manage Your Family’s Care
With proxy access, you can manage your child’s or loved one’s health information in MyChart. This feature allows parents, caregivers, or authorized individuals to schedule appointments, view results, and communicate with providers on behalf of the patient.
Access Your Medical Records Anytime
MyChart provides quick access to your health summary, past and upcoming appointments, medications, immunizations, allergies, and more—all in one place.
Pay Your Bills Online
View your billing statements and pay securely through MyChart. You can also set up payment plans or use the Guest Pay option if you’re helping a loved one manage their bills.
Request Prescription Refills
Need a medication refill? You can submit a request directly through MyChart, and your provider will review and process it.
Personalized Health Resources
Your Riverside provider may share digital resources tailored to your needs—such as educational videos, articles, or care plans. You can easily access these under the Digital Care section of your MyChart account.
