How the Login Portal Stays Secure

For added protection, Riverside MyChart offers two-step verification (2FA). This ensures that even if someone has your password, they cannot access your account without the additional verification.

You may also receive secure notifications with links to Riverside MyChart. These links expire quickly to protect your privacy. To keep your account secure, make sure your email address and phone number are up to date.

If you ever suspect unauthorized use of your username or password, reset your password immediately and notify Riverside support. And always remember to log out of your session when you’re finished.

Riverside MyChart Login Instructions

To log in, you must have an active Riverside MyChart account. Patients with an existing account can access the portal anytime by:

  1. Visiting the official Riverside MyChart login page: copy https://mychart.riversideonline.com/mychart/Authentication/Login

  2. Entering your MyChart username and password in the appropriate fields.

  3. Clicking Log In to access your account. 

  4. You may choose to ”Log in with Passkey” as well.

If you don’t yet have a Riverside MyChart account, you can register online through the “Sign Up Now” option, or request an activation code during your next visit with a Riverside provider.

Forgot Your Username or Password?

If you forget your login details, don’t worry. You can:

  • Use your browser’s saved password feature if you’ve stored your information.

  • Then simply click the ”Forgot Login Information?” under login fileds.

  • now choose “I Forgot My Username” or “I Forgot My Password” among the listed options.

For username recovery, you’ll need to provide your full name and date of birth. For password resets, you’ll be asked for your username, date of birth, and ZIP code. If you still need assistance, Riverside’s MyChart Support team is available by phone during business hours to walk you through the recovery process.

Riverside MyChart App Login

The Riverside MyChart app puts your health at your fingertips. With the app, you can securely access your records, send messages, schedule visits, and pay bills from your mobile device. The app also includes helpful resources like a health education library to answer common wellness questions.

To get started:

  • Download the MyChart app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

  • Open the app and select Riverside Health as your healthcare provider.

  • Log in with your Riverside MyChart username and password.

The app works just like the web portal and includes added convenience, such as biometric login with fingerprint or facial recognition.
